And unless someone is willing to make me an offer that would be life-changing i'm happy to hold on to it

If that is out side of your price range then there are Rental Options:

Monthly Rental $7,500 per month - during which I would be available for technology consultation

-or-

I work for your company remotely for a minimum of ~$250,000 per year
($15,000/month net firm)

For both of the above options the payments are 6 months in advance
